Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
