Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Rice:

2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
For Garnish:

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Bowls:
In serving bowls, place a generous scoop of cooked rice. Top with sliced chicken breasts and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
