Smoky Jalapeño Popper Meatloaf with Creamy Ranch Drizzle 🌶️🧀

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the meatloaf
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, diced jalapeño, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Form the meatloaf
Place half of the meatloaf mixture into the loaf pan. Spread the cream cheese over the meat mixture. Cover with the remaining meat mixture and press down gently.

Step 4: Bake the meatloaf
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and browned on top.

Step 5: Drizzle with ranch dressing
Let the meatloaf cool slightly before slicing. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
