Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies 

🍪 Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies 🍮✨

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Cheeses:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and continue to beat until well combined.
Add Egg and Vanilla:
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Combine Mixtures:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Add Caramel Sauce:
Gently fold in the caramel sauce, being careful not to overmix.
Scoop and Bake:
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Sprinkle with Sea Salt:
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie while they are still warm.
Cool and Enjoy:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
