🍰 White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins 🍰

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1.5 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk, and stir until smooth.
Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
Add Chocolate and Raspberries: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, and chopped nuts (if using).
Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
