Grilled Swordfish, Avocado, and Tomato Salad Bowl with Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 swordfish fillets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Mixed greens
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Grilling Swordfish
Season swordfish fillets with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
Step 2: Assembling Salad
In a large bowl, toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.
Step 3: Making Cilantro Lime Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together chopped cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Serving
Divide the salad among serving bowls. Top each bowl with grilled swordfish.
Step 5: Drizzling Dressing
