Garlic Butter Meatballs over Creamy Parmesan Linguine ๐Ÿ

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.

Step 2: Cook the Meatballs
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Linguine
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 4: Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Combine and Serve
Add cooked linguine to the skillet with the creamy Parmesan sauce. Toss to coat. Place garlic butter meatballs on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
