Grilled Swordfish, Avocado, and Tomato Salad Bowl with Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 swordfish steaks
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Mixed greens
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Grilling Swordfish
Preheat the grill. Season swordfish steaks with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 2: Assembling Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.
Step 3: Making Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the cilantro lime dressing.
Step 4: Serving
