Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🧀🍗🍽️

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Coat the Chicken
In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs. In another dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat in the Parmesan mixture.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 5: Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
