Chili Lime Shrimp Cups with Avocado Cream Sauce 🍤🥑

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- Phyllo pastry cups

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Avocado Cream Sauce
In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Step 4: Assemble the Cups
Place a spoonful of avocado cream sauce into each phyllo pastry cup. Top with a chili lime shrimp.
