Garlic Butter Prawns with Creamy Dip 🦐

Ingredients:
- 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the creamy dip:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Saute Garlic
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Step 2: Cook Prawns
Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque.

Step 3: Season
Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure prawns are coated evenly.

Step 4: Prepare Creamy Dip
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings to your preference.

Step 5: Serve
Plate the garlic butter prawns and serve with the creamy dip on the side. Enjoy!
