Greek-Style Lamb Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, mint, parsley, feta cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
