Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb thinly sliced beef (flank steak, skirt steak, or ribeye)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For the Sweet Potato Fries:
1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowl:
1 cup cooked rice
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potato with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
Cook the Steak:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
Season the sliced beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the beef to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before removing from heat.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, followed by the cooked steak and sweet potato fries. Drizzle with the creamy sauce.
Garnish with additional sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
