🍗 Chicken Fillet in Spicy Garlic Parmesan Sauce 🧄🧀

Ingredients:

500 g chicken fillet
30 g butter
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200 ml cream
100 g Parmesan, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Pour in the cream and stir to combine. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add Cheese and Seasonings:
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and dried oregano. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Chicken and Sauce:
Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them in the spicy garlic Parmesan sauce. Let them simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve:
