Black Pepper Chicken with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, mix the chicken slices with soy sauce, black pepper, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Sauté Onion and Garlic
In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 3: Cook Chicken
Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Step 4: Add Mushrooms
Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
Step 5: Final Touch
Season with salt if needed and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
