Exotic Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 5-6 fresh red bird's eye chilies (adjust for heat preference)
- 4 cloves black garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked sea salt
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup (optional, for balance)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine the fresh chilies, minced black garlic, tamarind paste, smoked sea salt, and agave syrup if using. Blend until smooth.
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully pour the blended mixture into the pan.
3. Cook the sauce for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the toasted sesame seeds.
5. Let the sauce cool, and it's ready to use!
