Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Step 1: Cook Bowtie Pasta
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Sauté Beef
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef sirloin and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned.
Step 3: Combine Pasta and Beef
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet with the beef. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Cook together for a few minutes.
Step 4: Add Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and beef mixture. Stir well until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Serve the creamy beef and bowtie pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
