**Spicy Jerk Shrimp with Cool Yogurt Dip** 🍤

Ingredients:

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cool Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Yogurt Dip
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge.

Step 3: Skewer the Shrimp
Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers.

Step 4: Grill
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Step 5: Serve
Serve the spicy jerk shrimp skewers with the cool yogurt dip on the side.
