Ingredients
For the Chicken 
2 chicken breasts (cubed)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey 
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/2 tsp paprika
For the Bowl Base 
1 cup white rice (cooked) 
1 small cucumber (sliced) 
1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli 
1/4 cup guacamole (optional) 
Directions
Cook the Chicken: Heat a pan over medium heat with a splash of oil. Toss the chicken cubes with garlic powder and paprika, then sear until golden brown. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is glazed and fully cooked.
Steam the Broccoli: While the chicken cooks, steam broccoli until tender (about 5 minutes).
Assemble the Bowl: Start with a bed of warm rice. Arrange teriyaki chicken, steamed broccoli, cucumber slices, and a scoop of guacamole.
Helpful Notes
Substitute quinoa or brown rice for a healthier twist! 
Add sesame seeds or a drizzle of sriracha for extra flavor .
