🍗 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers 🧄🧀

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
8-10 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
For the Chicken Seasonings:

2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil and the chicken seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Skewer the Chicken:
Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and minced parsley. Mix until well combined and remove from heat.
Grill the Skewers:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Serve:
Once cooked, drizzle the garlic Parmesan butter sauce over the skewers. Serve hot and enjoy!
