Chipotle Lime Chicken Bowl with Avocado Crema 🥑🍗

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chipotle peppers, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let them rest before slicing.

Step 3: Prepare the Avocado Crema
In a blender, combine diced avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the avocado crema.
