Spicy Szechuan Sauce

Great for: Rice noodles, chow mein, or stir-fry dishes.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Mix the Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili paste or sriracha, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
2. Cook the Sauce: Pour the mixture into a small pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
3. Serve the Sauce: Drizzle the sauce over your cooked rice noodles, chow mein, or stir-fry. Toss everything together to coat evenly. If you like it spicier, add more chili paste to taste.
