Creamy Cheesy Garlic Butter Linguine with Savory Beef 🍝

Ingredients:

- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb beef strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Step 1: Cook Linguine
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté Beef
Season beef strips with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat. Sauté the beef until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth.

Step 4: Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguine and sautéed beef to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.

Step 5: Serve
Top the linguine with savory beef with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
