Creamy White Clam Dip with Toasted Baguette
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped clams
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare Clams
In a bowl, combine chopped clams, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 2: Season
