🥜 Reese's Cheese Ball: Peanut Butter Bliss 🍫

For the Cheese Ball:

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups (optional)
For the Coating:

1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed peanut butter cups
Instructions:

Mix the Cheese Ball Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the Mix-Ins:
Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Shape the Cheese Ball:
Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball shape. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Prepare the Coating:
In a shallow dish, combine the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups for the coating.
Coat the Cheese Ball:
Once the cheese ball has chilled and firmed up, remove it from the refrigerator. Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until fully covered.
Serve:
Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.
