Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Shape the Meatloaf:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
