Flu/Cold Tea Bombs

Flu/Cold Tea Bombs
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried elderberries (known for their immune-boosting power)
1 tablespoon dried chamomile (to calm and soothe)
1 tablespoon dried peppermint (for a fresh breath and to clear congestion)
1 tablespoon grated ginger (a natural anti-inflammatory)
1 tablespoon honey (for a little sweetness and soothing properties)
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (helps fight inflammation)
1-2 teaspoons lemon zest (packed with vitamin C)
1 tablespoon Epsom salt (helps to relax muscles)
Silicone ice cube tray or candy molds (for the perfect shape!)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all your dry ingredients (elderberries, chamomile, peppermint, turmeric, and lemon zest).
Add a few drops of honey to the mix, just enough to bind everything together. You want it to stick but not be overly sticky.
Add a pinch of Epsom salt for extra relaxation properties.
Fill each mold with the mixture and press firmly to pack it down.
Let the bombs set for a few hours, or pop them in the fridge for faster results!
Once set, carefully remove them from the molds. Store in an airtight container.
How to Use: Drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water and let it dissolve. Stir well, and sip your way to feeling better! Add a little extra honey or lemon for a bonus boost. Perfect for when you're fighting off a cold or just need a cozy, calming drink.
