🥬 Fried Tofu with Lettuce 🍽️

Ingredients:

1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 head of lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
Fry the Tofu:
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Garlic:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Lettuce:
Add the chopped lettuce to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Combine Ingredients:
Return the fried tofu to the skillet.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Serve hot as a main dish or a side. Enjoy this light and flavorful Fried Tofu with Lettuce!
