🍗 Grilled Chicken with Creamy Cilantro Sauce 🌿

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
For the Creamy Cilantro Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Make the Creamy Cilantro Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve:
Slice the grilled chicken and drizzle the creamy cilantro sauce over the top.
Serve with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
