1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
For the Potatoes:

1 lb small potatoes, cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the halved small potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.
Cook the Steak Bites:
While the potatoes are roasting, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, season the beef tenderloin cubes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve:
Plate the roasted potatoes and steak bites, and drizzle the creamy sauce over the top or serve it on the side for dipping. Enjoy this hearty and flavorful dish!
