Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ inch piece of fresh ginger, minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp water
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions:

Heat the Oil:
In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Sauté Aromatics:
Add the minced ginger and garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
Prepare the Sauce:
