Ingredients:

For the Tofu:

1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
For the Bowl:

1 cup cooked brown rice
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), soy sauce, honey, and gochujang. Add the cubed tofu and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Tofu:
