🦀 Joe's Crab Shack Crab Dip 🧀

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add the Crab and Cheese:
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
Pour the crab dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
