Ingredients:

Cauliflower Rice: 2 cups (fresh or frozen)
Zucchini: 1 medium, spiralized or sliced
Shrimp: 1 pound, cooked and peeled (you can use grilled, sautéed, or boiled shrimp)
Avocado: 1 ripe, sliced
Yum Yum Sauce: for drizzling (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower Rice:
If using fresh cauliflower, pulse florets in a food processor until they resemble rice. If using frozen, simply thaw and drain any excess moisture.
Cook the Zucchini:
In a skillet over medium heat, lightly sauté the spiralized or sliced zucchini for about 2-3 minutes until just tender. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a bowl, start with a base of cauliflower rice.
Top with sautéed zucchini, cooked shrimp, and sliced avocado.
Drizzle with Sauce:
Generously drizzle Yum Yum sauce over the top of the bowl.
