Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) – or any fruit of your choice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt if you prefer a sweeter smoothie)
1/2 cup milk (any kind: cow's milk, almond milk, oat milk, etc.)
1/2 banana (adds creaminess and natural sweetness)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional, for added fiber and omega-3s)
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker, colder smoothie)
Instructions:
1. Add the Ingredients to the Blender:
Place the frozen fruit (like mixed berries or any fruit you prefer) into your blender.
Add the Greek yogurt, milk, and banana for creaminess.
If you like a little extra sweetness, add honey or maple syrup.
Optionally, add vanilla extract, chia seeds, or flax seeds for added flavor and nutrition.
2. Blend Until Smooth:
Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
3. Taste and Adjust:
Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup, if needed. You can also adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt for creaminess or more milk to thin it out.
4. Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately! Garnish with some extra fruit or a sprinkle of granola for a fun twist.
