Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients:
For the Breadsticks:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:
1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin works best)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce (if using), and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare the Breadsticks:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 12x8 inches).
Sprinkle the garlic powder and oregano evenly over the dough.
Spread a generous layer of mozzarella cheese across the middle of the dough.
3. Stuff the Breadsticks:
Spoon the Philly cheesesteak mixture evenly over the cheese, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle provolone cheese on top of the beef and veggies.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling to form a long rectangle. Pinch the edges to seal, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
4. Bake:
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with a little more garlic powder and oregano.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Slice & Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual breadsticks.
Serve warm with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
