Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
