Ingredients:
For the Bruschetta:

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pesto:

2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Bruschetta Topping:
In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat and set aside to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Make the Pesto:
In a food processor, combine the fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Grill the Baguette Slices:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Grill the slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden and crispy.
Assemble the Bruschetta:
Spread a layer of pesto on each grilled baguette slice. Top with the marinated cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with Creamy Sauce:
Finish by drizzling the creamy sauce over the bruschetta.
