🧀 Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🌯

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
Sauté the Garlic:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Shred the Chicken:
Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it using two forks or chop it into bite-sized pieces. Add the shredded chicken back to the skillet with the sautéed garlic and mix well.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and fresh spinach (if using).
Wrap and Cook:
Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
