🍍 Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Foil Packets 🍗

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Aluminum foil for wrapping
Instructions:

Preheat the Grill or Oven:
If using a grill, preheat it to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Foil Packets:
Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches each). Lay them out on a flat surface.
Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce and olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them with the teriyaki mixture.
Assemble the Packets:
Place one chicken breast in the center of each piece of foil. Top each chicken breast with pineapple chunks, sliced red bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and chopped green onions. Drizzle any remaining teriyaki sauce over the top.
Seal the Packets:
Fold the sides of the foil over the chicken and vegetables, then fold the ends to seal the packets tightly.
Cook:
Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve:
