Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme, optional)
Toasted pita, bread, or crackers for serving
Instructions:

Blend the Ingredients:
In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic (if using).
Whip Until Smooth:
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
