Korean BBQ Beef Bowls with Creamy Sauce & Spinach ๐Ÿš

Ingredients:

For the Beef:

1 lb beef (flank steak, skirt steak, or sirloin)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls:

1 cup cooked rice
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions:

Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes (if using), and black pepper. Add the beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha if desired.
Cook the Beef:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
Assemble the Bowls:
In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, chopped spinach, sliced beef, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
Drizzle with Creamy Sauce:
Top each bowl with a generous drizzle of the creamy sauce.
Serve:
Enjoy your flavorful Korean BBQ beef bowls with a creamy kick!
