🍌 Banana's Foster Banana Pudding 🍰

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup salted butter, melted
For the Pudding:

1 package instant banana pudding mix
1 ¾ cups cold milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
For the Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Banana's Foster:

¼ cup butter
⅔ cup dark brown sugar
3 ½ tbsp banana liqueur
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
3 bananas, sliced
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
Make the Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the banana pudding mixture to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
Prepare the Whipped Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana pudding mixture.
Assemble the Pudding:
Spread the banana pudding mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Make the Banana's Foster:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the dark brown sugar, banana liqueur, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Cook until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbly. Add the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the bananas are slightly softened.
Serve:
Once the pudding has set, top it with the warm Banana's Foster mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy this decadent dessert!
