Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Seasoning:
Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Cook the Tortellini:
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet with the cooked beef, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
