Ingredients:
For the Chicken Tenders:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
For the Creamy Mustard Dip:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Breading Station:
In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, combine the beaten eggs and milk. In a third bowl, mix together the panko bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Bread the Chicken:
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Bake the Chicken Tenders:
Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
Make the Creamy Mustard Dip:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
