Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 small flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
