🍗 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken 🧄

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken over pasta, rice, or with a side of vegetables. Enjoy!
