Ingredients:
For the Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
For the Ranch Dip:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk (or sour cream)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Wings:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
Coat with Olive Oil and Parmesan:
Drizzle the olive oil over the coated wings and toss to ensure they are well coated. Then, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wings and toss again to coat.
Bake the Wings:

While the wings are baking, prepare the ranch dip. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk (or sour cream), chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
