Ingredients:

For the Wraps:

½ batch of air fryer chicken tenders (without the buffalo sauce)
1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
2 pickles, diced
¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 (10-inch) whole wheat tortillas
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons white vinegar
Instructions:

Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grainy Dijon mustard, honey, and white vinegar until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread a generous amount of the honey mustard sauce over each tortilla.
Layer the air fryer chicken tenders, coleslaw mix, sliced lettuce, diced pickles, radishes, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
Serve:
