🔥 Firecracker Beef Noodle Bowls 🍜

Ingredients:

For the Beef and Veggies:

2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
⅓ cup water
1 small crown of broccoli, cut into florets
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz package of rice noodles (or substitute with rice)
For the Firecracker Sauce:

½ cup sriracha
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
3 tablespoons honey
¼ cup tamari (or soy sauce)
¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
For Serving:

Sliced green onions
Sesame seeds
Instructions:

Prepare the Firecracker Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the sriracha, coconut sugar, honey, tamari, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and salt, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add Aromatics:
Stir in the diced onion, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Add Veggies:
Pour in the water, then add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Combine with Sauce:
Pour the Firecracker Sauce over the beef and veggies, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
Cook the Noodles:
Meanwhile, prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Bowls:
Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls, then top with the beef and vegetable mixture.
Garnish and Serve:
